App Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications published by Turn Global (Pvt) Ltd ("we", "us", "our") under our developer accounts on the Apple App Store and Google Play (the "Apps"). By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Your use of an App is also subject to the terms and policies of the app store from which you obtained it.

2. License to Use the Apps

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Apps on devices you own or control, for your own lawful use, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app store rules.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or relay infrastructure used by the Apps.
• Do not use the Apps to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

4. Privacy and Data

Our Apps are utilities that do not collect personal or personally identifiable information. Data you work with is generally stored on your device, and any data relayed between devices is, in most cases, end-to-end encrypted. For full details, see our App Privacy Policy.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some Apps offer in-app purchases, including premium upgrades and subscriptions. All purchases are processed and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. We do not handle your payment information.

Purchases are linked to your Apple or Google account. If you have an eligible purchase, you can restore it on your devices using the store's standard restore feature. Subscriptions renew and can be managed or cancelled through your app store account settings.

6. Refunds

Because in-app purchases are processed by the app stores, all billing, refund, and cancellation requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies. Any refund eligibility is determined solely by the applicable app store.

7. Advertising and Premium

Some Apps are supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob and AdMob mediation, which may include third-party ad networks such as Unity Ads and others. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Where offered, you can remove all advertising by purchasing the premium (ad-free) version or subscription within the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The Apps may rely on third-party services and software (including app store platforms, advertising networks, and operating system features). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties, and your use of their services may be subject to their own terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Apps, including their software, design, branding, and content, are owned by or licensed to Turn Global (Pvt) Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

10. Disclaimers

The Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turn Global (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Apps.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
