3. Client Projects

At Turn Global, all client projects are governed by a detailed service agreement or project scope document, which outlines deliverables, timelines, milestones, and responsibilities. These documents are carefully designed and mutually agreed upon to ensure clarity and alignment between the client and Turn Global.

We are committed to delivering high-quality work tailored to each client’s unique requirements, leveraging industry best practices, innovative solutions, and a results-driven approach. However, the success of the project also depends on active collaboration and timely communication from the client, including the provision of required information, resources, and approvals as specified in the agreement.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients are expected to meet all outlined obligations, including timely responses, payments, and access to necessary systems or data.
  • Delays in client cooperation may impact project timelines, quality, or outcomes, for which Turn Global cannot be held responsible.

Project Termination:

  • Turn Global reserves the right to terminate a project under the following conditions:
    • The client fails to meet obligations as outlined in the agreement.
    • There is a breach of the terms and conditions.
    • The scope of work changes significantly without mutual agreement.

In such cases, Turn Global will provide written notice and an opportunity for resolution. If termination occurs, any deliverables completed up to that point will be made available to the client as per the agreed terms, provided payment obligations are met.

Flexibility and Change Management:
Turn Global understands that project requirements may evolve. Any changes to the project scope, timelines, or deliverables will be managed through a formal change request process to ensure transparency and mutual agreement.

We value a collaborative partnership and strive to provide a seamless and productive project experience while adhering to high standards of professionalism and accountability.

  • Turn Global is committed to protecting the privacy of its clients and their customers.
  • Zero Data Sharing Policy: We do not sell, share, or expose any client or client-related data to third parties.
  • Turn Global may use necessary data solely to perform services, and only minimal information will be shared with third-party services when required (e.g., cloud hosting, SMTP services).
  • We comply with all legal obligations, including cooperating with lawful governmental or judicial inquiries. However, only client data will be shared under such circumstances, not their customer data unless specifically requested by the legal inquiry.

  • Turn Global may integrate third-party tools and platforms to enhance and deliver its services effectively. These may include, but are not limited to, cloud hosting providers, email services, and analytics tools.

  • We take care to thoroughly vet all third-party providers to ensure they comply with industry standards for data security and privacy. However, Turn Global cannot be held liable for any breaches, misuse, or incidents arising from the operations or vulnerabilities of these third-party services.

  • By utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and policies of any third-party services that may be engaged in the delivery of our solutions. These providers operate independently, and their policies govern the handling and protection of data under their systems.

  • Upon termination, all data and materials shared by the client will be managed in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Client deliverables from Turn Global are subject to review, discussion, and mutual approval prior to any termination of services. This ensures clarity and alignment on outstanding work and obligations.

8. Payment and Refunds
